Renew as an Independent Prescribing specialty

In order to retain the registration of your Independent Prescribing specialty, you must complete the application below in addition to your optometrist renewal application through your MyGOC account. You should submit both applications by 15 March.

Failure to renew your specialty registration by 31 March may result in its removal from your registration record.
